Analyst, Office Leasing Advisory, Taiwan

What this job involves

1. Market Research and Analysis:

• •Conduct comprehensive market research on office leasing trends, rental rates, and competitive analysis.
• •Prepare market reports, property analyses, and comparative studies to support leasing strategies.
• •Analyse occupancy rates, absorption trends, and market dynamics across different office submarkets.
• •Maintain and update market databases with current leasing information and transaction data.

2. Deal Support and Documentation:

• •Assist in the preparation of leasing proposals, marketing materials, and client presentations.
• •Support lease negotiation processes by preparing financial analyses, cash flow projections, and comparison studies.
• •Review and analyse lease documents, amendments, and related commercial terms.
• •Support internal team members to coordinate with the client for deal documentation and execution.
• •Assist in preparing quarterly and annual leasing performance reports.

An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
• •1-3 years of work experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or related analytical roles
• •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions preferred)
• •Knowledge of financial modelling and data analysis techniques
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• •Interest in commercial real estate and office leasing markets
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• •Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
