YOUR NEW ROLE

• •Influencing a customer centric culture and driving NPS deliverables.
• •Deliver productivity objectives to enhance customer experience.
• •Manage, coach & mentor associates and small business bankers.
• •Influence revisions to operations/strategy/ process optimisation in consultation with leader.
• •Delivers outcomes/ decisions in line with predefined strategies.
• •Execute a risk management strategy and framework which aligns to company policy.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• •Knowledge and experience into underwriting process.
• •Understanding of policy and verification requirements.
• •Preferred experience in preferred domain in global banking environment.
• •Proven financial analysis capability
• •Understanding of risk obligations and knowledge of how to replicate compliance
