Job requirements
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst responsible for benefits operations, enrolments processing, participant/client support, data accuracy, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefit plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, HSA, EOI and Client specific Managed process reporting.
Process and validate benefit enrolments, life event changes, terminations, and dependent updates.
Manage participant inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues within established service levels.
Review and maintain employee eligibility records and benefit data in administration systems.
Ensure accurate processing of benefit transactions and data updates.
Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Coordinate with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and operational issues.
Support annual enrolment activities and special benefits projects.
Required Skills and Experience
Must-Have
Good understanding of US H&B Domain.
Experience working with benefits administration platforms and HR systems.
Strong knowledge of Open enrollment processing, benefits operations, and participant support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Benefits Administration.

Education
Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable institute .
