Analyst, RPA Solutions

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst, RPA Solutions based in India.

• This role supports the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Robotic Process Automation solutions.
• You will monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows built with Microsoft Power Automate and Kapow/Kofax RPA.
• Working in a production environment, you will manage incidents, investigate failures, and help maintain agreed service levels.
• The role combines technical troubleshooting, operational monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• You will collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify recurring problems.
• There is also an opportunity to strengthen automation processes through root-cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• This is a remote position operating on a Monday-to-Friday night shift schedule and offers exposure to evolving automation technologies.
