Responsibilities

• •Provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers to facilitate client acquisition and relationship maintenance.
• •Assist in executing client transactions, account opening, and financial portfolio reviews accurately.
• •Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• •Adhere to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies.
• •Coordinate with internal product partners and operations teams to resolve service issues.

Requirements

• •University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• •Proven experience in a client-facing or support role within wealth management or consumer banking.
• •Strong knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, and financial regulations.
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• •Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• •Relevant regulatory licensing or certifications are highly advantageous.
