The Analyst, Product Data Management (TPO-PDM) is responsible for company-wide process and data management of ADI parts and changes that impacts product manufacturability, plannability, functionality, existing and “To be” processes, tools, and systems. He/she is responsible in ensuring that process and data management changes are monitored and recorded enabling traceability and maintaining data in the Manufacturing Databases especially related to Bill of Materials (BOM) and Production Route.

Responsibilities:

• •Validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing requirements to ensure alignment with the intended product manufacturing process flow. Create new operation codes as needed.
• •Govern the creation of new product flows and routes by recommending appropriate solutions, including the revision and optimization of existing inactive BOMs and routings.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create or modify BOMs and routings/travelers through Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• •Provide support for all BOM and routing-related issues, ensuring timely resolution to maintain seamless production and planning operations.
• •Support Resource Planning initiatives by enhancing planning models, improving system programming, and validating planning assumptions through the review and optimization of product flows.
• •Drive continuous improvements in systems and tools to reduce processing cycle times and improve operational efficiency for ADI products.
• •Ensure compliance with company standards on Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices.
• •Adhere to and promote the company's Quality and Environmental Policies.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• •Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or related functions.
• •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and operational workflows.
• •Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and planning tools.
• •Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and well-organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• •Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• •Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• •Excellent documentation and process management skills.
