This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Analyst (French/English), Inbound Calls & Fraud Detection based in Canada.

• This role supports the detection, investigation, and management of activities that may indicate financial crime or fraud risk.
• You will analyze information from multiple sources, assess potential threats, and determine appropriate next steps in line with established procedures.
• The position combines investigative work, data analysis, case management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will contribute to protecting customers and the organization by identifying unusual activity and supporting effective risk-management decisions.
• The role also involves maintaining accurate investigation records and gathering evidence that may support reporting, loss prevention, or legal proceedings.
• You will stay informed about financial crime trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while contributing to process improvements.
• This is a fully remote opportunity within Quebec that requires strong bilingual communication skills and sound analytical judgment.
