Analytics Lead, Full Stack

• This role sits within a Growth Analytics team focused on international expansion, business performance, and product optimization.
• You will help build the analytics foundation required to launch and scale new markets, beginning with Australia and supporting future expansion.
• The position combines hands-on data analysis with strategic business problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
• You’ll turn complex datasets into clear insights, experiments, dashboards, and recommendations that influence growth and profitability.
• Working closely with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations, you’ll help teams understand performance and make informed decisions.
• You’ll also mentor junior analysts and contribute to scalable analytics practices across the organization.
