Anesthesiology Overview:

Sentara Anesthesia Specialists, a division of Sentara Medical Group, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our established team at Sentara Leigh Hospital , a 274-bed acute care hospital located in the desirable Virginia Beach area.

Sentara Leigh Hospital is a Magnet-designated facility recognized for nursing excellence and an accredited Primary Stroke Center. The hospital offers a broad range of specialty services, including orthopedic and spine care, cardiovascular services, maternity care, general surgery, and advanced wound healing. It is also home to the region’s only 24-hour hyperbaric oxygen program.

Sentara Anesthesia Specialists is a premier, collaborative group of board-certified anesthesiologists and highly skilled CRNAs providing care to more than 15,000 patients annually across the Hampton Roads region. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on patient safety, efficiency, and measurable clinical outcomes.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $388,024.00 - $623,916.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
