Position: AP Bookkeeper

LTS is a leading pharmaceutical technology company that develops and manufactures innovative drug delivery systems for the pharmaceutical industry.

LTS´ commercial offering encompasses more than 20 marketed products

LTS operates today from 5 sites: Netanya, Israel, Adrenarche, Germany, West Caldwell, NJ, USA, St. Paul, MN, USA, and Shanghai, China.

We are looking for an excellent AP Bookkeeper to join our team in Israel.

Job Description :

AP Invoices entries from domestic and abroad vendors.

Check and book petty cash expenses.

Processing outgoing payment runs twice a month via MASAV

Credit card adjustments

Interfaces with supplier chain

Focal point for vendors

Direct Manager: Report to Chief Accountant

Job Requirements :

  • Education :
  • Bookkeeping Level 2-Mandatory

Previous experience – as a company AP bookkeeper up to 2 Years

Job skills : Well organized

Computer skills : Full control of all MS-Office applications including Microsoft package

Language skills : English

Personality : Highly motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
