APAC Sales Productivity Specialist

• Location: India
• Reporting to: Director, Strategy & Channel Enablement APAC

Role Purpose

Own sales productivity and commercial effectiveness for APAC. The role converts data, automation, and AI into selling capacity — through executive-grade Power BI, Salesforce excellence, and process automation — and is accountable for measurable productivity gains that underpin APAC's growth ambition.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Productivity & Analytics

• •Build and own executive Power BI dashboards and productivity scorecards for APAC leadership.
• •Deliver insight on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, territory coverage, quota loading, and commercial effectiveness.
• •Identify productivity bottlenecks, benchmark APAC against internal and external best practice, and drive the resulting improvement initiatives to closure.
• •Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, and Enablement to institutionalize continuous improvement.

Salesforce Excellence

• •Act as the APAC subject matter expert for Salesforce commercial analytics and productivity.
• •Raise opportunity management, pipeline quality, forecast discipline, and SFDC adoption to global standard.
• •Deploy AI-enabled capability: SFDC hygiene, intelligent pipeline monitoring, and next-best-action.
• •Maintain Salesforce as the single source of truth for commercial decision-making.

Automation & AI

• •Prioritize and deliver automation across commercial operations, eliminating low-value administrative effort.
• •Build AI-enabled workflows, Copilot solutions, and RPA at scale.
• •Assess emerging AI technologies and convert them into practical, quantified business applications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline.
• •10+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• •Proven delivery for regional or global commercial organizations.
• •Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• •Demonstrated ability to drive change without direct authority.

Technical Requirements

Executive dashboard design; advanced DAX; HTML, SVG and R visuals; row-level security; Power BI Service; semantic models; large-scale commercial data modeling across multiple sources including Snowflake and Fabric; predictive and trend analysis.

Salesforce

Sales Cloud; pipeline and forecast analytics; opportunity management; SFDC governance and adoption; commercial reporting; data quality management.

Automation & AI (expert)

Power Automate; Copilot Studio; RPA; AI-enabled workflow design; API integration; process mining, process capability analysis, and value stream mapping.

Data & Analytics

SQL; Python; statistical analysis; advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query); data transformation and integration; commercial data modeling; Smartsheet.

Success Measures

Performance will be assessed on quantified outcomes:

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
