Application Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Application Consultant based in the United States.

• This is a client-facing consulting role focused on helping utility organizations improve their day-to-day operations through technology.
• You’ll serve as a bridge between clients, operations, product development, and project teams, becoming a trusted product and process expert.
• The role combines business analysis, application configuration, implementation support, training, and change management.
• You’ll work directly with established clients to understand their needs, identify gaps, and deliver practical solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• The position offers significant exposure to utility business processes, customer information systems, and technology transformation initiatives.
• You’ll work in a collaborative, project-driven environment with opportunities to influence product development and identify additional ways to support clients.
• The role is fully remote, with approximately 25% travel required across North America and internationally as needed.
