Application Specialist (ERP Finance)

As an Application Specialist (ERP Finance), intermediate level at Ubisoft Bucharest, you will provide functional support and basic technical support for our ERP solution covering core accounting finance modules and related integrations. This is a full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract.

What you’ll do

• •Provide functional support and basic technical support for ERP accounting modules and related integrations
• •Analyze support tickets, document findings, and keep users informed throughout resolution
• •Deliver functional solutions and coordinate technical corrections when needed
• •Write and run SQL queries and perform approved data updates and data corrections
• •Update system setup and control data, and validate changes through testing
• •Create and maintain user guides, configuration documentation, and support procedures
• •Train users by explaining processes and the end-to-end impact across integrated systems
• •Identify recurring issues, propose sustainable fixes, and drive continuous improvement actions

What you bring to the team

• •Demonstrated experience supporting ERP applications, including understanding how ERP modules interact (Oracle PeopleSoft is a plus)
• •Hands-on SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases
• •Working knowledge of accounting processes or finance operations within an ERP context
• •Familiarity with service management practices such as ITIL or ITSM
• •Strong communication skills and a collaborative, user-focused approach
• •Comfortable working with an international team across time zones and remote collaboration
• •Fluency in English; French is an asset

This position is offered as a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
