• Summary:
• As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
• - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
• - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• - Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
• - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• - Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and change management.
• - Capability to document technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Epic Systems.
• - This position is based at our Chennai office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
