• Description
• To ensure smooth operation and maintenance of business-critical applications by providing timely technical support, issue resolution, and system monitoring. Act as a bridge between end users, development teams, and IT operations to troubleshoot application issues and ensure minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• •Hands on Mobile Banking Application Support
• •Hands on Oracle PL/SQL, Java, REST API, JSON, Android (Java with Android SDK), iOS (Swift with iOS SDK), Java with Spring Framework
• •Providing active support for the technical resolution of incidents, reacting quickly and as necessary to live application errors with respect to digital channels
• •Providing support and taking ownership of execution of assigned application related activities in the day to day operations
• •Adhering to prioritisation of individual incidents and supporting the delivery of solutions
• •Supporting the handover of new or enhanced software into business-as-usual (BAU) operation
• •Delivering the documentation to agreed standards, on time and error free
• •Providing 24/7 cover and support, expertise and specialised system knowledge to allow resolution of key incidents outside of business hours

Qualifications

Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant
