Hourly Pay Range:

$35.10 - $54.41 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Job Summary:
• As an Application Analyst I at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for supporting an assigned application portfolio, including designing, documenting, implementing, and testing software or application solutions. A key focus is the efficient monitoring and management of issue resolution through timely ticket closure. You will also participate in the implementation of new workflows and products in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to learn the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.

This position will support the ongoing maintenance and health of the three current Endeavor Health Patient Portals. Specifically, this role provides a unique opportunity to actively support Endeavor Health's strategic consolidation of our legacy patient portals into the unified, Epic-powered MyEndeavor patient portal. As a primary point of contact for portal maintenance, the analyst will bridge the gap between technical system performance and clinical operations, ensuring a seamless digital experience for both our providers and the patients we serve.

What you will do:

• •System Support & Maintenance:
• •Assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and testing software/application solutions.
• •Monitor and manage the timely resolution, troubleshooting, and closure of assigned support tickets.
• •Maintain system health across transitioning legacy portals and the new unified platform.

• •Collaboration & Integration:
• •Participate in integrated, cross-functional clinical and technical workgroups.
• •Join vendor and Epic collaboration calls regarding system issues, configuration, optimization, and upgrades.
• •Assist in drafting clear, concise system behavior updates and communications for clinical teams.

• •Documentation & Quality:
• •Prepare clear documentation and analytical reports related to system configurations.
• •Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline patient and provider digital workflows.

What you will need:

• •Education: Associate's degree or equivalent.
• •Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

• •Experience:
• •One (1) or more years of experience relevant to an IT portfolio in a healthcare setting.
• •Without a bachelor's degree : A minimum of two (2) years of relevant IT experience or clinical end-user experience (e.g., as a superuser or clinical communications liaison).

• •Core Technical Skills:
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
• •Exposure to healthcare clinical workflows, electronic medical records (EMR), or Epic systems is highly preferred.

• •Professional Skills:
• •Strong critical thinking, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical issues for non-technical clinical stakeholders.
• •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaborate effectively in a team environment.
