Who we look for

MPS is seeking a highly self-motivated engineer with passion for hardware and good knowledge power electronic . He will support the validation of our new integrated circuits (IC) for high voltage applications (including DC/DC, current sensors, isolated driver) working inside our hardware department.

Task:

Design simulated and validated power electronics circuits to meet the required specifications.

Prepare hardware and software setups, together with our hardware & simulation team, to be able to measure all required parameters of our IC.

Develop schematic and PCB to for new solutions .

Develop device modeling (spice)

Work with IC design team to debug and troubleshoot the device under test.

Generate documentation and reports with all performed test .

Qualifications:

MS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; Subjects related to power electronics and control are desired.

Hands-on experience in verification and troubleshooting electronic circuits (firmware and hardware).

Experience in the use of electronic laboratory equipment including oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation

Self-motivated, strong team player
