Position AR Caller – Physician Billing / Hospital Billing / Home Health

• Eligibility & Requirements
• •Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling
• •Domain Experience: Must have experience in any one of the following:
• •Physician Billing
• •Hospital Billing
• •Home Health Billing
• •End-to-End Denials Knowledge: Mandatory
• •Education: Degree mandatory
• •English Communication: Fluent English communication skills required
• •Age: Below 35 years
• •Joining: Immediate joiners preferred / required
• •Relieving Letter: Not mandatory

• Key Responsibilities
• •Handle end-to-end AR Calling for US Healthcare accounts
• •Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims
• •Analyze and work on denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims
• •Perform effective claim follow-up and take appropriate action for resolution
• •Communicate with insurance representatives to obtain claim status and payment information
• •Maintain accurate follow-up notes and update claim/account status
• •Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining strong process knowledge

Mandatory Skills Minimum 1 year AR Calling experience

End-to-end denials knowledge

Physician / Hospital / Home Health billing experience

Degree qualification

Fluent English communication

Immediate joining

Currently residing in Chennai

Age below 35 years
