We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, focusing on collecting outstanding payments and ensuring accurate billing processes.

Responsibilities

• •Conduct outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers to collect payments on outstanding accounts.
• •Verify insurance coverage and resolve billing issues.
• •Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and transactions.
• •Follow up with patients on outstanding balances and payment plans.
• •Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
• •Work closely with the billing team to resolve discrepancies and improve collection processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• •1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• •Experience with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• •Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
