Architect

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our Architecture team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, hands-on experience in BIM/Revit , and the ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary projects. Candidates with aviation (airport) project experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation.
• •Prepare BIM/Revit models and coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines.
• •Produce design presentations, reports, and technical specifications.
• •Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• •Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
• •Support project delivery from concept through construction.

Required Skills

• •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
• •Working knowledge of BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
• •Good understanding of building construction, materials, and relevant codes.
• •Strong communication and presentation skills.
• •Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• •Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
• •Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• •Experience in consultancy firms will be preferred.
