Area Manager - Water

At Ecolab's Water Division , we're passionate about helping our customers protect vital resources and create more sustainable operations. Through our industry-leading water treatment, equipment, chemical and digital solutions, we partner with food and beverage manufacturers and industrial businesses across Australia to deliver meaningful environmental and operational outcomes.

We are seeking an Area Manager to lead our Water and Data Centre field sales and service team across Victoria and Tasmania on a fixed-term contract through to March 2028. While offered on a fixed-term basis, this role will provide you with valuable experience within a growing area of Ecolab and may lead to future career opportunities, subject to business needs and recruitment processes at the time.

What You'll Do:

As Area Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a supportive, high-performing team culture while helping our water customers achieve their operational and sustainability goals.

You'll:

• •Coach, mentor and develop a team of field professionals
• •Foster trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• •Collaborate across the business to deliver innovative water and digital solutions
• •Support strategic decision-making and regional growth initiatives
• •Champion customer success through exceptional service and partnership

About You:

You are an empathetic and collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, building meaningful relationships and creating positive outcomes for customers and teams alike.

You'll bring:

• •Experience in water treatment, technical sales, industrial services, data centres or a related field
• •Experience leading and supporting teams to achieve shared goals
• •Strong relationship-building, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• •A degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related discipline (preferred)
• •A customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance commercial and people-focused outcomes
• •A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment

Regular travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania, including overnight stays, is a requirement of this role.
