What you’ll be doing:

• •Assembling subcomponents into finished assemblies
• •Pulling parts per Work Instructions and Bill of Material
• •Stocking workstations with all necessary hardware
• •Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, lifting, and reaching to prepare finished goods for shipment by inspecting the completed assembly and placing them on customer designated shipping racks
• •Completing daily inspection of workstation fixtures
• •Lifting 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or 10-15 lbs. of force frequently
• •Performing other duties as assigned

WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. Requirements

What we are looking for:

• •Proficiency with hand tools (required)
• •Prior forklift certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
• •Proficiency in a variety of software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred)
• •High school diploma or GED (required)
