Job Description

Vacancy: Assembly Engineer (MBO+)

Eindhoven | Full-time

Are you technically skilled, hands-on, and do you enjoy working in a production environment? We are looking for an Assembly Engineer (MBO+) to support our manufacturing processes and help keep production running smoothly.

Your Role

As an Assembly Engineer, you ensure that our production processes operate efficiently. You solve technical issues, support operators on the shop floor, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• •Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime
• •Support operators on the shop floor with technical questions and problems
• •Monitor process performance (e.g. scrap rates and quality)
• •Contribute to and implement process improvements
• •Create and update work instructions and procedures
• •Train operators on processes and equipment
• •Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
• •Support the introduction of new products and equipment
