Asset Supervisor

Eligibility:

• •Graduate in Fine Arts / Science Discipline, Must have good Drawing & Traditional Art skills. Sculpting would be a plus.
• •Ability to Analyse and Understand the Script, Client/ Director Notes, and Interpret Drawing & Concept Arts to create 3D models (like camera matching, blocking, proportions, details, posing and presentation)
• •Good Understanding of geometry, topology & basic flow of Modeling
• •Good Knowledge of UV, Texture, PBR Shaders, Rigging workflows
• •Proficiency in Maya, Z-Brush, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Krita & QuixelMixer
• •Must have good Knowledge of Rigging, Texturing, Lookdev.
• •Ability to Understand about lighting and industry standard render engines
• •Understand the value of pipeline & process.
• •Good Interpersonal & Problem solving skills
• •Ability to work within high-pressure, fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines

Desired Candidates Skill:

• •Passionate about Art & Film.
• •Have good Drawing & Traditional Art skills. Sculpting would be a plus
• •Ability to adapt to a wide range of styles
• •Capable of taking direction and open towards constructive feedback
• •Good communication and presentation skills
• •Ability to work calmly and efficiently to Production deadlines
• •Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and produce consistent work
