Job Description:

The University of Northern Iowa's Department of Finance seeks applications for a temporary Assistant Adjunct Professor of Finance, starting in January 2027. Teaching load will include one 3-credit-hour course in the Finance Department (FIN 3120 Real Estate Appraisal and Investment). The course will be taught in person.

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in a business-related field from a U.S. AACSB-accredited university required.

Required Qualifications:

At least fifteen years of appraisal experience and currently certified (Iowa) appraiser required.
