Assistant Coach - Boys Soccer Team Week

Assistant coaches for Boys Team Week are responsible for supervising and coaching children ages 14-18 during camp. Assistant Coaches are expected to provide a fun learning environment while also ensuring campers are safe. The position requires the ability to teach the game of soccer to work well with others in a professional manner.

Duties/Responsibilities

Oversee campers and ensure a safe environment while they are Keene State’s Campus

Engage with campers in a professional manner while creating a fun and inviting environment.

Assist teaching basic soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting.

Coaching basic concepts of soccer

Communicating group news and plans with camp administration

Being able to adjust to daily schedules and work with other teams

Requirements

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

Playing Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work with others

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Assist teaching the technical and tactical skills of the game of soccer.
