Notre société spécialisée en fruits et légumes recherche un assistant commercial H/F :
- Gestion des appels clients : réception et traitement des commandes par téléphone, traitement des informations et des litiges clients
- Saisie des informations commerciales : enregistrement des commandes et mise à jour des données clients, contrôle des prix, éditions des factures
- Centralisation des promotions : mise à jour et communication des offres en cours
- Suivi client : assurer une relation de qualité et un suivi efficace des dossiers
- Très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (excel, word...)
Horaires : 6h-14h du lundi au samedi (2 jours de repos)
