Assistant Construction Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

• •Review budgets for accuracy for new to industry sites
• •Review construction drawings for accuracy and perform takeoffs
• •Participate in bid qualifications and RFI process
• •Assist in equipment ordering and procurement
• •Attend project status meetings
• •Attend punch walks
• •Manage post opening warranty plans

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• •Self motivated and able to multi-task
• •Strong communicator
• •Desire to grow within the organization and step into Construction Manager role
• •>5 years experience as a construction coordinator or project manager
