Support nursing education through onboarding, orientation, competencies, skills validation, and ongoing staff development.

Coach, mentor, and develop nurses and nursing assistants while fostering accountability and professional growth.

Monitor clinical outcomes, identify trends, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to continuously improve care and operations.

Serve as the nursing leader in the Director of Nursing's absence.

What You'll Bring

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living.

Strong knowledge of clinical operations, quality assurance, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
