Assistant Executive Housekeeper

• •Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, heartist facilities and laundry, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• •Support the Executive Housekeeper in driving operational excellence and service quality in line with brand, hygiene and safety standards.
• •Lead, coach and develop the housekeeping team while fostering a positive and engaged team culture.
• •Monitor quality and productivity, identify improvements and proactively resolve operational challenges.

• •Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Housekeeping, with management experience in hospitality. Luxury or upscale hotel experience is preferred.
• •Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of Thai and English.
• •Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and operational management skills.
• •Proactive, people-oriented and passionate about service excellence, cleanliness and team development.
