Assistant Manager – Field Operations

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Assistant Manager to help lead field operations supporting emergency derailment response, specialty lifting, railcar repair, and track maintenance projects.
This role provides hands-on leadership in fast-paced, time-sensitive field environments. You will support Supervisors, ensure safe and efficient project execution, work directly with customers, and assist with problem-solving and emergency service operations.
