Assistant Manager, MX SCM (Myanmar Branch)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• •Manage operational data and standard information across Samsung SCM systems.
• •Analyze weekly and monthly forecasts and prepare forecast reports.
• •Develop demand forecasts based on sales and inventory data analysis.
• •Manage forecast planning and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect new product launches, promotions, and sales plans in forecasting.
• •Analyze forecast accuracy and inventory KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.
• •Analyze weekly and monthly sales data and prepare Planning Reports.
• •Collaborate with HQ, Regional HQ, and Samsung Thailand to submit planning data and reports.
• •Perform data analysis, prepare reports, and support other tasks requested by management and related departments.
• •Prepare and submit Korean reports in accordance with the Management Guide.

Skills and Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree or above (any major).
• •Fluency in English and Korean (both spoken and written) with strong computer literacy; proficiency in Myanmar language is a plus.
• •Basic knowledge of forecasting, production, and Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a good understanding of sales and inventory management.
• •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheet) with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• •Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• •Positive, confident, and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn, embrace challenges, and continuously grow despite setbacks.
