Assistant Manager - Quality

Designation – Assistant Manager QA.

Location – Gandhinagar

Job Responsibilities

• •Review and analyze rejection-related issues in coordination with the internal Production and RR teams.
• •Verify the department responsible for each rejection issue and update the corresponding root cause analysis accordingly.
• •Follow up with the relevant internal departments on root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of similar errors.
• •Monitor all production-related JIRA tasks and coordinate with the IT team to expedite required actions.
• •Conduct audits of all Marketplace production activities in accordance with quality requirements and packing method guidelines provided by the Marketplace team.
• •Verify all Marketplace production schedules are in line with standard processes for packing, inspection, labeling, and dispatch planning.
• •Discuss and update MRM details for the QA team.
• •Update website product information and implement necessary corrections.
• •Prepare process improvement plans and recommend product design modifications, as required.

Skills

• •Strong technical writing skills, the ability to communicate effectively with management, technical teams and all organizations in the business, and strong problem-solving skills
• •Knowledge of Power BI and similar tools will be an advantage to justify this post.
• •Highly motivated, quick thinking, and able to convey ideas and present unconventional solutions to unique problems
• •Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, be innovative, detail oriented, possess initiative, be positive, and be people-oriented
• •Knowledge of root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action processes
• •Consultative approach to problem solving to provide solutions and make independent judgements for process improvement
• •Demonstrated competence in working with diverse personnel to resolve issues with short deadlines

Experience

• •1-2 years in any good organization in the quality assurance department.
• •Have good knowledge of the rejection monitoring system.
• •Knowledge of SolidWorks, Photoshop, and AI.
• •Knowledge of B2B and B2C business models.

Educational Certifications

• •Graduation in textile or mechanical, certification in management, or an MBA for production or quality will be added skills.
• •Certified for Six Sigma.
