Responsibilities

• •Proactively acquire new-to-bank customers to grow the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) portfolio.
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• •Cross-sell a comprehensive range of retail banking products, including wealth management, insurance, and loan products, to meet established targets.
• •Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with bank standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• •Adhere strictly to all internal policies, operational risk guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards during daily transactions.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• •Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably within the financial services sector.
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• •Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting performance targets.
• •Sound knowledge of retail banking products, financial regulations, and compliance procedures.
