- Cabinet de chirurgie esthétique recherche son/sa futur(e) assistant(e) médical(e).
- Organisation :
- 3 jours en présentiel, 2 jours en télétravail
- CDD de 3 mois, avec possibilité de déboucher sur un CDI
- Prise de poste dès que possible
- Missions principales :
- - Accueil et gestion des appels patients, orientation des demandes
- - Planification des rendez-vous de consultation
- - Coordination des interventions chirurgicales avec les cliniques partenaires
- - Suivi des dossiers patients (devis, consentements, examens pré-opératoires)
- - Commandes de matériel et d'implants auprès des fournisseurs
- - Gestion des stocks d'injectables
- - Facturation et suivi des encaissements
- - Gestion de la boîte mail du secrétariat
- Profil recherché :
- - Sens de l'organisation et rigueur (gestion de plannings complexes, échéances légales à respecter)
- - Excellent relationnel, discrétion absolue (secret médical)
- - À l'aise avec les outils informatiques, capacité à apprendre plusieurs logiciels métier
- - Aucune formation médicale requise
