A Day in the Life

This role supports the Coronary & Structural Heart (CAS) and Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolios across Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Caribbean Islands, and Venezuela. The primary focus is supporting the growth and market development of the CAS business while contributing to the broader CRM portfolio strategy. The team is focused on expanding market engagement, strengthening product adoption, and driving commercial execution across cardiovascular therapies. These therapies include coronary interventions, structural heart solutions, pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators, cardiac resynchronization therapy, and cardiac monitoring solutions.

The position is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and operates under a flexible work model combining office-based, field-based, and remote work. The role requires frequent travel throughout Puerto Rico and approximately 40% travel across the assigned region to support customers, commercial activities, and business priorities.

The Associate Product Specialist partners closely with commercial teams to support product strategy, market development, customer engagement, and business growth across the CAS and CRM portfolios. This role serves as a key product and therapy resource, supporting portfolio execution through market insights, technical expertise, customer education, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across the region.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• •Partner with commercial teams to execute product strategies that support portfolio growth and market expansion across CAS and CRM therapies
• •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities
• •Support the development and implementation of marketing plans, programs, and tactical initiatives for assigned products
• •Analyze product performance, market dynamics, and business results to support strategic decision-making
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and finalize product specifications and positioning
• •Deliver clinical and technical product support through presentations, training sessions, product demonstrations, and customer interactions
• •Support product launch, adoption, and lifecycle management activities across the assigned portfolio
• •Assist in resolving product-related questions and troubleshooting issues for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree completed
• •2+ years of experience in the medical device industry within product marketing, product management, clinical support, commercial support, or related functions
• •Knowledge of electrophysiology, cardiac implantable devices, cardiac rhythm management, or cardiovascular therapies
• •English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering
• •Experience supporting Coronary & Structural Heart, Cardiac Rhythm Management, electrophysiology, or implantable cardiac device portfolios
• •Experience conducting market analysis, competitive assessments, or commercial planning activities
• •Experience delivering technical product training, product demonstrations, or customer education programs

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
