Associate, Account Management

• •Act as the main contact person for our top vendors, identify and troubleshoot problem areas and build a strong loyalty between foodpanda and the restaurant owners
• •Renegotiate commission / exclusivity with Vendors to support revenue stream
• •Coordinate with vendors to get monthly deals and promotions 
• •Contact restaurants with high fail rates to reduce the find out the reasons and to see where we can assist vendors to reduce the fail rates
• •Collaborate with different departments to improve vendor’s performance and solve problems
• •Coordinate and participate in offline events
• •Provide operational and administrative support for the business
• •Assist City Manager with delegated ad-hoc tasks 

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• •Proficiency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
• •Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• •Serve as the primary point of contact for business partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective collaboration.
• •Drive sales of our advertisement products by identifying vendor needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• •Strategically improve and expand our vendor portfolio to enhance business opportunities.
• •Resolve any issues or challenges with partners and vendors.
• •Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• •Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex issues.
