Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• •Process daily Trade Operations transactions in accordance with the agreed service standards.
• •Liaise and follow up with Business Units or customers for instructions that are required to complete the transaction.
• •Perform day end reconciliation of transactions.
• •Adhere to risks and control guidelines/policies.
• •Assist in projects to improve processes.
• •Perform ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervising Manager.

Requirements

• •Minimum 2-3 years experience in banking operations especially in trade operations
• •Self-motivated and a strong team-player.
• •Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• •Meticulous and detailed oriented.
• •Ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• •Ability to work on SG public holidays when the need arises.
• •Familiar with MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Words.
