Associate Business Advisor - French Translator

Your Role

• •Translate documents, emails, reports, contracts, and business communications between French and English with high accuracy.
• •Ensure translated content preserves the original meaning, context, and tone.
• •Review, edit, and proofread translated materials to maintain quality and consistency.
• •Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand translation requirements and terminology.
• •Maintain translation glossaries and language databases for consistency.
• •Support interpretation requirements during meetings, calls, or client interactions when required.
• •Conduct linguistic research to ensure accurate use of industry-specific terminology.
• •Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards while handling sensitive information.

Your Profile

• •Bachelor's degree in French, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• •Strong proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
• •Proven experience in translation, localization, or language services.
• •Excellent grammar, proofreading, and communication skills.
• •Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• •Familiarity with translation tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar CAT tools is preferred.
• •Knowledge of business, technical, legal, or customer service terminology is an advantage.
• •DELF, DALF, or equivalent French language certification is desirable.
• •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
