Responsibilities

Helping support the day-to-day business operations of Tower’s securities trading in the Americas region

Expanding Tower’s participation both on exchanges and in other liquidity pools

Managing relationships with banks, trading venues and brokers, including overseeing prime brokerage relationships and exchange memberships

Executing strategic priorities for Tower’s business

Market trend and regulatory research

Organizing administrative records necessary to support trading

Qualifications

A bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top university

At least 3 or more years of professional experience in a related field (e.g bank, trading venue, or a trading firm)

Prior experience and familiarity with US equities and/or US options market structure

Familiarity with current market structure, commercial policies and regulatory developments in US securities

Strong understanding of trading technology and fluency discussing technical concepts Exceptional analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and experience making data-driven strategic decisions

Project management experience

A demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a team member

Programming skills are not a requirement, but experience with Python, SQL, R or other analytical languages is a plus

Anticipated annual base salary range $110k - $145k, plus eligible for discretionary bonus.
