JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide exceptional implementation and administrative support to nominated Sales Executives and Sales Managers
• •Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing prompt and professional responses to all client questions and requirements
• •Maintain and continually enhance knowledge of TV, radio, Digital Advertising products, Integrated Solutions, Social Media Marketing, Product sampling, event management, live experiences and experiential marketing
• •Support and have joint responsibility with nominated Account Sales Executives & Sales Managers for all aspect of client servicing.
• •Execution of all elements of sold campaigns & promos with internal departments or division.
• •Promotion implementation via activation of internal resources to ensure delivery of campaign
• •Manage internal processes and critical paths
• •Oversee production of commercials, promotional credits, live reads, online advertorials, digital postings, sponsorships, major station partnerships and other integration solutions as required
• •Client and agency liaison as required
• •Campaign monitoring and progress updates; conveying reports, air checks, online to agency/client
• •Creation of post campaign reporting with Integration team and final delivery report to client
• •Attend external client meetings when deem required
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients including client entertainment as required
• •Understand and provide access to station resources for clients
• •To be a point of contact in the absence of the Sales Executives & Sales Manager to ensure the needs of key agencies and clients are met
• •Execute all duties in accordance with deadlines, including weekend, if deem required (i.e. Management, Traffic, Interactive, Creative and Integration)
• •Help induct new members into the team
• •Other reasonable duties as requested by Head of Sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Skills and Knowledge

• •2 – 4 years demonstrated experience in customer service in media sales
• •1 – 2 years radio, online, interactive implementation experience (desirable)
• •Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• •Project management skills
