Job Summary:

The Associate Recruiter serves as a dedicated sourcing and lead-generation partner to one or more experienced recruiters. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing physician and APP candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, market research, and relationship building. The primary focus is increasing candidate activity, generating qualified leads, and creating a consistent flow of opportunities that support recruiting goals across Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Urgent Care, and future service lines.

Essential Duties:

• •Proactively source physician and APP candidates through phone calls, text campaigns, email outreach, databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• •Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned with recruiting priorities, specialty needs, geographic markets, and upcoming program launches.
• •Conduct high-volume outreach to generate candidate interest and identify qualified recruiting opportunities.
• •Complete initial candidate prescreens to gather key information including licensure, geographic preferences, availability, compensation expectations, and clinical background.
• •Deliver qualified candidate handoffs to assigned recruiter(s) with clear documentation and next-step recommendations.
• •Develop and maintain lead lists based on specialty, licensure, and market-specific hiring needs.
• •Support physician and APP recruitment efforts across multiple states and specialties.
• •Maintain accurate candidate records and outreach activity within Salesforce, Assist, or other designated recruiting systems.
• •Partner closely with assigned recruiter(s) to align sourcing efforts with active searches and organizational priorities.
• •Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and other initiatives designed to increase candidate engagement and pipeline growth.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• •2-3 years' previous recruiting experience required.
• •Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
