Associate Consultant / Counsultant, Value, Access & Pricing Advisory

Associate Consultant / Consultant at Red Nucleus is responsible for leading project workstreams and supporting the delivery of strategic consulting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. Working as part of a collaborative team, this individual will conduct research, analyze complex data, develop strategic insights, and build evidence-based recommendations that help clients navigate pricing, reimbursement, market access and commercialization challenges across global markets.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation

Conduct primary and secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, healthcare policy

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key findings, strategic insights, risks, and opportunities.

Develop strategic recommendations supported by evidence, stakeholder input, and market analysis.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to structure and solve complex business problems

Experience synthesizing information from multiple data sources into clear recommendations.

Excellent PowerPoint storytelling and presentation development capabilities.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices

Education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business. Advanced degree ( MBA , MPH, PharmD , PhD) valued, but not required

Approximately 2-4 years of experience in consulting, market access, healthcare strategy, life sciences, pharmaceutical industry, or a related field.

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Global market access

Health technology assessment (HTA)

Reimbursement & payer research

Launch strategy

Portfolio strategy

Commercial strategy

Healthcare policy

Qualitative market research

Pharmaceutical commercialization
