As an Associate Director, IT Solution Delivery, you will partner with business leaders and Digital, Data and Information Technology teams to transform complex business needs into innovative technology solutions. You will play a key role in evaluating opportunities, guiding solution decisions, and leading the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that enable better outcomes for patients, associates, and the business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• •Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and technology needs.
• •Lead demand analysis to identify, assess, and prioritize solution opportunities.
• •Evaluate solution options and recommend approaches aligned with business objectives.
• •Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
• •Ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and compliance expectations.
• •Collaborate with Digital, Data and Information Technology strategic business partners on delivery priorities.
• •Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• •Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• •Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• •Champion continuous improvement in solution delivery processes and ways of working.

Essential Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •Proven experience delivering complex technology solutions in a business-facing environment.
• •Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across business and technology teams.
• •Experience leading demand analysis, solution evaluation, and project delivery activities.
• •Strong understanding of solution delivery methodologies and technology lifecycle management.
• •Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex environments.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 1,288,241.50 - 2,392,448.50 CZK Annual

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
