Main Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Leadership & Execution
Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies across the Mainline franchise portfolio, driving strategic direction through data-driven insights and market intelligence
Own cross-franchise initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment and accountability across brands
Independently identify, prioritize, and activate growth opportunities based on market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
Lead franchise planning processes, owning the development of strategic roadmaps aligned to organizational priorities and the Sanofi "Play to Win" ambition
Own P&L management and financial accountability for the franchise, driving data-informed decisions to optimize investment and business performance
Joint Venture & Partnership Leadership (for Vaxelis)
Serve as the primary Sanofi lead and strategic owner for marketing strategy and execution within the joint venture partnership

Lead the day-to-day development and execution of omnichannel campaigns in partnership with creative agencies and third-party vendors
Direct the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of promotional materials
