We’re looking for an Associate Director of Social Commerce to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers while personally driving marketplace strategy for a select portfolio of top-tier brand partners as part of our Pattern Creators team. Creators is a software-as-a-service product within Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform that offers a seamless solution for brands looking to build their ambassador programs, maximize their influencer marketing, and increase revenue. In this dual-impact leadership role, you will scale our TikTok Shop division, mentor account managers, and refine the strategic playback for Pattern's key brand partners.
