Associate Director, Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• •Shape the technical and product direction of solutions across Trinity's portfolio
• •Contribute to solution architecture and build components of these solutions end-to-end
• •Translate consulting methodology and client context into product requirements, data structures, and solution designs
• •Contribute directly to AI/ML initiatives and development of agentic capabilities
• •Support data-product design across sourcing, structuring, and modeling decisions
• •Work alongside consultants and subject-matter experts to ensure solutions meet client needs

Required experience

• •A track record of taking software or data products from concept to market
• •Range across the stack: comfort operating as a software architect, hands-on engineer, and product owner within the same project
• •Strong grounding in modern data and application architecture
• •Working knowledge of AI/ML systems, including agentic systems architecture
• •Consulting or client-facing experience in life sciences, pharma commercial, or an adjacent analytics-heavy domain
• •Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work independently, and set direction for others once a workstream matures
• •Bachelor's or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field

• •Experience designing data products
• •Experience with commercial pharma analytics or launch analytics
