Associate Manager, Engineering Projects – Springhill

Join our Engineering Projects team in Springhill, Carrigtwohill, County Cork, Ireland , and play a key role in advancing process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, quality, capacity, and cost competitiveness. In this role, you will partner across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to deliver strategic projects, implement innovative technologies, and drive sustainable business results through effective project execution and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• •Lead engineering projects focused on process improvement, automation, productivity, quality, capacity, and cost competitiveness.
• •Plan, budget, resource, and execute projects across multiple business units to achieve project objectives.
• •Develop, engage, and retain talent while supporting team members' growth and development.
• •Drive resolution of technical, business, and personnel challenges to achieve project and organisational goals.
• •Communicate technical, business, and regulatory information to employees, stakeholders, external partners, and senior leaders.
• •Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to drive innovation and business results.
• •Support cost centre budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.
• •Lead compliance activities, including adherence to regulatory requirements, procedures, design controls, and technical documentation reviews.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
• •6+ years of applicable experience, with 1+ years of direct people management experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience leading engineering projects within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• •Experience with process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• •Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and project execution activities.
• •Knowledge of healthcare industry markets and competitors.
• •Experience developing and executing talent management strategies.
• •Experience leading regulatory compliance activities, including design controls and technical documentation reviews.

• •Ireland : €66,000 - €109,000 EUR Annual
