Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Billing and Invoicing.

Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.

Monitor, review and update the Customer details in CRM

Invoice corrections – Credits & Rebills

Emails queries/requests from field teams

Support and drive metrics.

Update Work Instructions.

Qualifications
