Your role

• •Respond to client’s queries accurately (via email and case management system);
• •Process, maintain and administer HR transactions and provide support (across Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, remuneration, etc.);
• •Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave and absence requests;
• •Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
• •Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and / or agreed transition plan;
• •Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.

Your profile

• •Valid experience of 6 months in HR domain;
• •Good verbal and written communication skills - English and German minimum B2;
• •High school diploma is required;
• •Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members;
• •Strong analytical skills for the reporting;
• •Positive team player
